To redeem points, go to the Contact Us page and fill out your name, phone number, and email address. In the comments box include the number of points you’d like to redeem and the prize that you’d like to receive. There are no fees and no strings attached to our Rewards Program. We track your points for you and you can redeem them whenever you want.
Rules
1. Points are awarded for the restaurant food and house items total.2. All orders earn 10 points for every $1 dollar spent (restaurant total).
3. Only the customer placing the order will be credited with points. Points are only awarded after the time your order is made and paid for.
Cancelled orders will not be counted.
4. Waiter (& Cater) On The Way is solely in charge of your point total. Your point total will appear on each emailed copy of placed orders.
You may redeem your points by going to the Contact Us page, filling out your contact information and describing in the comments box
the # of points to be redeemed and the prize you’d like to receive.
5. Your Waiter (& Cater) On The Way Rapid Rewards Points contains no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash.
Waiter (& Cater) On The Way reserves the right to change this program at any time and/or discontinue this program at any time with
one month’s written notice. Use of the Waiter (& Cater) On The Way Rapid Rewards Points constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. If Waiter (& Cater) On The Way Rapid Rewards Points are not used or an account becomes inactive after 1 year, Waiter (& Cater) On The Way
has the right to terminate the account, all Rapid Rewards points associated with the account and all rewards.
