Waiter On The Way is the Oldest and BEST Restaurant Marketing Service in Maryland. We coordinate restaurant food delivery and catering from the finest restaurants backed by superior customer service from the beginning of your order until your food arrives. 2. Service Charges
For standard "in zone" orders, $5.99 and a small processing fee. The service charge may be higher for out of zone orders.
3. Minimum Order
The minimum order for standard deliveries is just $10. It is higher for further deliveries.
4. Payment
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Even though we've asked for your credit card information during the order, we still need to get an imprint of your credit card at delivery.
5. Service Times
Our standard service time is "within the hour". Many orders are completed in 30-45 minutes. Sometimes, however, the service time is 75-90 minutes. Traffic conditions, how busy we are, how busy the restaurant is, the size of the order, weather and the distance between you and the restaurant all affect the service time. If you REALLY need an order by or at a certain time, please give us as much notice as possible.
6. Hours
We accept orders from 9:00am to 9:00pm Monday--Thursday and until 10:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We open at 11:00am on Saturdays and 12 noon on Sunday. We close at 9:00pm every night in Frederick. We are closed on Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We open at 4:00pm on Memorial Day, Labor Day and New Year's Day. We close at 8:00pm on New Year's Eve.
7. Prices and Items
Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice. We work with 70+ restaurants all of which change things at different times making a perfectly printed menu impossible. The menus are always up-to-date here on our website.
8. Corporate Accounts
We can set up your company with a monthly billed house account very easily. Ordering made even easier!
9. Group Orders
Your entire staff receives an email telling them where lunch or dinner is coming from and they can easily log on and add their order to the group order.
10. Drop-Off Catering
One of our niches is coordinating spur-of-the-moment same day (or planned) drop-off catering orders for luncheons, working meetings and home and office parties. Call us an hour or so (or a day or two) and we can have food for 5-50 to you in about an hour. Numerous pharmaceutical sales reps, office managers and admins use this service weekly if not daily.
11. Service Areas
For standard orders we deliver to: Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Clarksburg, Boyds, North Bestheda and Olney in Montgomery County. In Frederick County, we deliver to 21701, 21702, 21703 and 21704. WE GO ANYWHERE FOR OUR SALES REPS & ANY LARGE ORDER!!
12. For our sales reps and any large order, we can provide service almost anywhere!
